Which @AdamsWinter plan is right for you? This guide answers the most common questions about pricing, billing, and what's included.
How Much Does @AdamsWinter Cost?
Our pricing is shown on the pricing page. Plans vary depending on how many companies you need to file for, so check there for the latest options and any current offers.
Which Plan Do I Need?
Filing for One Company
If you only have one company, our Solo plan covers everything you need: CT600 to HMRC and micro-entity accounts to Companies House. The Solo plan locks to the first company you file for.
Filing for Multiple Companies
If you have more than one company, you'll need a Portfolio plan. Check the pricing page for the plan that fits your situation.
I'm an Accountant Filing for Clients
@AdamsWinter has plans designed for accountants and bookkeepers who file on behalf of multiple clients. Visit the pricing page to see our multi-company options.
Is There a Free Option?
All filings (including dormant companies) require a subscription. You can start your filing and enter all your figures before paying — you only need to subscribe when you're ready to submit.
Visit the pricing page to see current plan options and prices.
When Do I Get Billed?
You're billed when you subscribe to a plan. @AdamsWinter uses annual billing — you pay once per year and can file as many times as your plan allows during that period.
You won't be charged anything until you choose to subscribe. You can:
- Add your company
- Enter your figures
- Review everything
- Subscribe only when you're happy and ready to submit
What's Included?
All paid plans include:
- CT600 filing to HMRC — fully digital submission
- Micro-entity accounts to Companies House — iXBRL format, filed electronically
- Tax computation — generated automatically from your figures
- Automatic period splitting — if your accounting period is longer than 12 months
- Prior year data — automatically fetched from your previous filings
- Unlimited resubmissions — if HMRC or Companies House reject your filing, resubmit at no extra cost
What Periods Can I File For?
@AdamsWinter supports accounting periods ending on or after 1 April 2022. This covers most current and recent filings, including periods ending in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Periods ending before 1 April 2022 are not supported, because they require older HMRC CT600 taxonomies that @AdamsWinter does not use.
Can I Upgrade or Downgrade?
Yes. If you need to add more companies, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Visit the pricing page or contact us if you need help choosing.
Do You Offer Refunds?
All subscription fees are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — contact us at hello@adamswinter.com if you'd like to request a review.
